TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the delivery to the point of use, installation, commissioning and ready-for-operation handover of an AI high-performance server in the performance class NVIDIA DGX B200 or of a technically equivalent system (HGX B200 or similar), including manufacturer’s warranty and installation services. The server will be used for compute-intensive AI tasks (post-training of large language models). The focus is on further development (CUDA-/NCCL-/PyTorch stack), fine-tuning and expansion of the sovereign language models developed in the SOOFI project (Soofi-S 30B and 120B), including industrial adaptation in the DAISEC environment. Very large GPU memory (>1 TB total) and high computing performance are required. The server will be integrated into the existing computing cluster. When determining the most economically advantageous offer, the following criteria are applied. The letter F marks mandatory requirements (fixed requirements). Failure to meet a requirement marked as a mandatory requirement leads to exclusion of the offer (KO criterion).
