TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following outlines the purpose for which MOIN GmbH intends to use the counting data and the requirements the procured system must ultimately satisfy. If applicable, additional technical or procedural features beyond those set forth in the performance specification may arise from the contractor’s perspective, which can be described and submitted as part of the offer. The counting data will be used for the following purposes: 1. Determination of line transport cases (stop-related boarding and alighting numbers, individual trips, single lines, daily line runs, total demand, etc.) possibly using a corresponding projection tool as a basis for - revenue allocation - statistics - network and operational planning - infrastructure planning - determination of inspection rates 2.
