TENDER DESCRIPTION

Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, publishes a procurement procedure, the subject matter of which is the delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance/servicing for a period of ten years from handover of up to three biplane and eight monoplanar cardangiography systems, here for the cardiac catheterization laboratory and the hybrid cath lab operating rooms (Hybrid-HK-OP’s) of the new build of the German Heart Center of Charité (DHZC) at the Virchow Clinic campus (CVK). Self-performance of critical tasks is prescribed in accordance with Section 47(5) of the VgV. The following critical tasks must be performed by the tenderer themselves or, in the case of a consortium, by one member of the consortium themselves: • Fulfilment of the functions “project manager and deputy project manager” in accordance with Clause 6 of the maintenance contract, and • Services in the event of an emergency/incident in accordance with Clause 4(10) and Clause 18 of the maintenance contract.
