TENDER DESCRIPTION

On a contiguous area located on a single floor of approx. 3,300 m², a new external storage facility for storing approx. 800,000 books from the 20th century in various formats is to be created for the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Library - Lower Saxony State Library (GWLB) in a rented warehouse. The completion date includes the complete delivery, proper installation, commissioning-ready installation and handover of the entire tendered shelving system, including the complete handover of the required documentation. The completion date stated by the bidder is binding. The complete performance of the services and the invoicing must be carried out no later than this date. The latest permitted completion date is 01.09.2027. Offers with a later completion date do not meet the minimum requirement and are excluded from evaluation.
