TENDER DESCRIPTION
The University of Stuttgart intends to take a significant development step in the IT-supported care and management of its diverse groups of contacts and relationships—particularly with regard to students, alumni, cooperation partners, supporters and other stakeholders—and aims to introduce a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The objective is to systematically bundle, professionalise, and digitalise the communication and administrative processes that have hitherto been carried out in many cases in a decentralised and heterogeneous manner, in a uniform, data-protection-compliant infrastructure. To meet these needs, the contracting authority plans the procurement and introduction of a CRM system that digitally supports the overall process of strategic relationship management in the relevant application areas. The procurement is to be carried out as a SaaS solution operating in the cloud. In addition to providing the system, the service also includes implementation on the basis of defined use cases (workflows), conducting training, providing system service services for the go-live of the productive system, and maintenance and support.
