TENDER DESCRIPTION
The University of Stuttgart intends to take a significant step in the development of its IT-supported care and administration of its diverse groups of contacts and relationships—especially with a view to students, alumni, cooperation partners, sponsors and other stakeholders—and aims to introduce an comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The goal is to systematically bundle, professionalize, and digitize the communication and administrative processes that have hitherto been carried out in many cases in a decentralized and heterogeneous manner, in a uniform, data protection-compliant infrastructure. To meet these needs, the contracting authority plans to procure and introduce a CRM system that provides digital support for the overall process of strategic relationship management in the relevant application areas. The procurement is to be carried out as a SaaS solution operated in the cloud. In addition to providing the system, the service also includes implementation on the basis of defined use cases (workflows), conducting training, providing system service services for the go-live, as well as maintenance and support.
