    TENDER DESCRIPTION

The associated real-time simulator is intended to compute realistic models of low-, medium- and high-voltage grids as well as local network transformers in real time, and additionally to enable real-time simulation of power electronic components, if necessary with FPGA support. The connection configuration of the analog and digital input and output signals can be implemented via D-Sub connectors. Other equivalent connectors are also permitted, provided that the electrical and functional requirements specified in this performance specification are met. The RCP-PHIL inverter converts the setpoint variables of the real-time simulator into physical voltage and current signals and must be able to supply subnetworks of a hardware low-voltage replication (not part of the offer). For this purpose, a rated power of at least 32 kVA is required. In addition, the amplifier should be capable of being operated independently of the real-time simulator as an inverter with any control concept in the integrated distribution network laboratory. This intended use is facilitated by control concepts already implemented in the inverter. The device will combine the functions of a rapid control…
