TENDER DESCRIPTION
Flexible learning, working and social areas for school operations are to be created. For functional provision, suitable seating and work options are required for this. The procurement particularly includes tables, chairs, seating benches as well as supplementary furniture elements in mobile and permanently installed versions. Conditions for the performance of the contract: A 3-year manufacturer’s warranty without additional costs is to be included in the offer. The delivery of the furniture takes place together with return of the packaging, no later than 22.12.2026, completely assembled up to the workplace. Furthermore, the forms for the self-declaration pursuant to Section 19 MiLoG and the sanctions against Russia must be observed.
