TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract pharmacy provides the following services to the youth detention center Raßnitz and to the prison facilities Burg (including the facility for the execution of custody for placement in preventive detention), Halle and Volkstedt: a. Delivery and disposal of prescription-only medicines in accordance with section 4 (prescription-only medicines) paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of the Medicines Directive/MDR, b. Delivery of medical devices (section 2 of the Regulation governing the dispensing of medical devices (Medical Devices Dispensing Regulation – MPAV)), c. Administrative services, d. Information and advice (section 20 of the Pharmacy Operating Regulations – ApBetrO). The obligation to supply prescription-only medicines also includes maintaining a sufficient basic stock of antiviral medicines and providing vaccines for supplying inmates in the event of a pandemic.
