TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of 150 sets of fire protection garments, each consisting of a jacket and trousers; The fire protection garments to be delivered meet at least the standard EN 469:2020 - Class 2 (interior attack / fire fighting under high thermal load). The delivery of the quantity framework to be tendered will be provided in phases; initially (first year of the framework delivery contract) 110 sets are to be delivered, and in subsequent years 10 sets each. The complete specifications and requirements to be fulfilled are provided in the detailed bill of quantities in the annex to the complete tender documents. The advertised framework contract entitles, but does not oblige the contracting authority to procure the quantity framework listed above for fire protection garments over the agreed term of the contract (5 years). Phased ordering and/or phased delivery of the effectively ordered delivery quantities applies over the term of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to examine, in individual cases, the procurement-related legal options for any follow-on procurements in accordance with Art. 21 para. 2 lit. e IVöB.
