TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of approx. 450 t per year of iron(II) sulphate on the basis of the attached framework agreement as a phosphate precipitation agent in the activated sludge process of the wastewater treatment plant Halle-Nord. Delivery of the iron(II) sulphate shall be made, at the request of the client (AG), in bulk loads using a tipper truck (approx. 24 t–26 t) to the site by means of a sliding floor vehicle. Since the actual offtake quantity depends on the required dosing of the quantity in relation to the desired biological treatment process and also on the composition of the wastewater in the activated sludge process as well as on the temperatures prevailing in each case, the actual offtake quantity cannot be predicted.
