TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the supply of natural gas for the offtake points of the City of Eislingen/Fils in Baden-Württemberg. A complete base offer must be submitted. In addition, the bidder may submit an alternative offer 90/10. Base offer Under the base offer, natural gas is requested for the first delivery year without any special generation requirements. For the second delivery year, the gas supply owed is additionally governed by the mandatory statutory requirements applicable for that delivery year. To the extent that, following this, a statutory green gas quota, a legally required special share of gas, or a comparable statutory requirement must be applied to the gas supply covered by the contract, the share required accordingly forms part of the gas supply owed. The type, quality, scope, calculation, allocation, and proof/documentation of this share are determined exclusively by the applicable statutory minimum requirements and the supplementary provisions of the specifications of services.
