The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply of natural gas for the offtake points of the city of Eislingen/Fils in Baden-Württemberg A complete base offer must be submitted. In addition, the bidder may submit an alternative offer 90/10 Base offer Under the base offer, for the first supply year natural gas is requested without any special production requirements. For the second supply year, the gas supply owed additionally depends on the mandatory statutory requirements applicable for that supply year. If, on that basis, a statutory green gas quota, a special gas share required by law, or a comparable statutory requirement is to be applied to the gas supply forming the subject matter of the contract, the share required thereby forms part of the gas supply owed. The type, quality, scope, calculation, allocation and evidence of this share are determined exclusively by the respective statutory minimum requirements and the supplementary provisions of the specifications. A quota that goes beyond the statutory minimum requirements or a gas quality of a higher value than the statutory minimum requirements is not required as part of the base offer.
