TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply of gas for the off-take points of the contracting authorities listed in the tender documents as full supply for the delivery years 2027 and 2028. For the share of the gas supply for which, neither according to the tender documents nor due to mandatory legal provisions, special requirements regarding origin, production, composition or greenhouse gas impact exist, the contracting authority does not specify any special generation requirements. For individual off-take points in Schleswig-Holstein marked accordingly in the data annexes, due to the requirements applicable to these off-take points under Sections 16 et seq. of the Energiewende- und Klimaschutzgesetz Schleswig-Holstein (EWKG), at least 15% of the share shall be covered by a gas-supply-side fulfilment option permitted under the EWKG. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All off-take points are located in the Trading Hub Europe (THE) market area.
