TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of heating oil for the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen – the state and municipal government of Bremen. In addition, other institutions are entitled in accordance with Annex 1 – EVB_Bezugsberechtigte. Purchasing cooperation arrangements by Immobilien Bremen, as the central purchasing entity of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen in accordance with the Bremen Procurement Regulations (Bremische Beschaffungordnung), may change during the term of the framework contract. New cooperation partners as well as institutional grant recipients who are notified as entitled during the term of the contract are also entitled. The quantities of consumption in the tender documents are estimated quantities determined on the basis of the consumption quantities of the comparison period. The actual total value of the service cannot be predicted in advance by the contracting authority. The specified total quantity is non-binding and does not create any entitlement to performance. For the term of the contract from 01.02.2027 to 31.01.2029, a consumption quantity of approximately 4,400,000 litres is estimated.
