TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of HVO 100-capable low-floor intercity articulated buses in accordance with the funding criteria of the Aachen Transport Association AVV as well as those of GoRheinland. In total, in a first commissioning/delivery stage, six (6) HVO 100-capable low-floor intercity articulated buses are to be delivered. Furthermore, ASEAG optionally reserves the right to procure eight (8) additional HVO 100-capable low-floor intercity articulated buses in a second commissioning/delivery stage by the end of Q1 2027. The contracting authority expects that the HVO 100-capable low-floor intercity articulated buses will be delivered in the 2nd/3rd quarter of 2028. After the general warranty period, the contractor must provide long-term liability for the vehicle components and, if necessary, supply them again. Replacement is the responsibility of the contracting authority, which may act as the contractor’s workshop.
