TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of articulated intercity low-floor buses capable of operating with HVO 100 in accordance with the funding criteria of the Aachen Transport Association (Aachener Verkehrsverbund, AVV) and those of GoRheinland. In total, in a first commissioning/delivery stage, six (6) articulated intercity low-floor buses capable of operating with HVO 100 are to be delivered. In addition, ASEAG reserves the option to procure eight (8) further articulated intercity low-floor buses capable of operating with HVO 100 in a second commissioning/delivery stage by the end of Q1 2027. The contracting authority expects, in all likelihood, delivery of the articulated intercity low-floor buses capable of operating with HVO 100 in the 2nd/3rd quarter of 2028. After the general warranty period, the contractor must provide long-term assurance for the vehicle components and, if necessary, supply them again. The replacement is the responsibility of the contracting authority, which may act as the contractor’s workshop for ongoing work.
