TENDER DESCRIPTION

RegioEntsorgung AöR tenders the procurement of 4 units of 3-axle chassis for installation as refuse collection vehicles. Bodywork and hopper are tendered under Lot 3. The identification system is not part of this tender. As a mandatory condition for performance, the contractor is required to deliver the chassis to the contractor for the bodies/lifters no later than by the expiry of 12 months after award of the contract. Bidders who commit to a (significantly) shorter delivery time may receive points for this within the framework of the award criteria (see form “Weighting of award criteria”). The relevant information can be provided in the bid form. As a mandatory condition for performance, the contracting authority, pursuant to § 47(5) VgV, specifies that the contract in question must be performed directly by the bidder itself. Subcontractors are not permitted. This is intended to reduce the risk of an unexpected failure to perform, since the contracting authority urgently depends on the service.
