TENDER DESCRIPTION

RegioEntsorgung AöR places an order for the procurement of 4 units of 3-axle chassis for the installation of a waste collection vehicle. Superstructure, refuse container and compaction are specified in Lot 3. The identification system is not part of this procurement procedure. As a mandatory performance requirement, the contractor is required to deliver the chassis to the contractor for the superstructures/lifting mechanisms no later than by the expiry of 12 months after the award of the contract. Bidders that commit to a (significantly) shorter delivery time may receive points for this within the framework of the evaluation criteria (see form “Weighting of award criteria”). The relevant information may be provided in the bid form. As a mandatory performance requirement, the contracting authority pursuant to Section 47(5) VgV stipulates that the contract in question must be performed directly by the bidder itself. Subcontractors are not permitted. This is intended to reduce the risk of an unexpected failure to perform, as the contracting authority urgently requires the service.
