TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the supply, installation and commissioning of a charging infrastructure at the depots and at two termini of wupsi GmbH (hereinafter the contracting authority, CA) for charging battery-electric low-floor buses for public transport (ÖPNV). The scope of supply includes 60 stationary charging units. The CA already has battery-electric vehicles of the model “Lion City E” from the manufacturer “MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH”. Recharging of the vehicles takes place via a standardised CCS plug connection. In addition, the CA operates a depot management system with integrated load and charging management system (“e-DMS”) from “IVU Traffic Technologies AG”. The charging units to be supplied as part of this procurement procedure must be integrated into the existing system architecture and must be controllable by the existing load and charging management system. The charging technology to be supplied must therefore support the relevant standards and interfaces (ISO 15118, VDV 261, OCPP (minimum version 1.6 J)).
