TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the delivery, installation and commissioning of charging infrastructure at the depots and at two terminal end stations of wupsi GmbH (hereinafter the contracting authority, CA) for charging battery-electric low-floor buses used in local public transport (ÖPNV). The scope of supply comprises 60 stationary charging units. The CA already has battery-electric vehicles of the model “Lion City E” from the manufacturer “MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH”. Recharging of the vehicles is carried out via a standardized CCS plug connection. In addition, the CA operates a depot management system with an integrated load and charging management system (“e-DMS”) from the manufacturer “IVU Traffic Technologies AG”. The charging units to be supplied under this procurement procedure must be integrated into the existing system architecture and must be controllable by the existing load and charging management system. The charging technology to be supplied must therefore support the relevant standards and interfaces (ISO 15118, VDV 261, OCPP (minimum version 1.6 J).
