TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns the conclusion of a supply contract for the supply of green electricity in a portfolio model for defined DFKI sites for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029. A portfolio model is to be applied that provides the option to purchase EEX standard trading products (year, quarter, month) in trading volumes of a maximum of 0.035 MW (smaller trading volumes for the DFKI are desirable) for OTC quotations or the published settlement prices and that performs balancing (both positive and negative) of the residual quantities against quarter-hour spot market prices of EPEX Spot in the market area DE-LU. Based on experience from the past, an overall demand of approximately 3,500 MWh/year is to be expected. However, this figure is non-binding; the contractor is obligated to supply all excess or shortfall quantities depending on the demand occurring at the DFKI. During the term of the contract, the contractor is the exclusive electricity supplier for the of-fers’ of take-off points of the DFKI that are subject to the contract.
