TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this tender is the provision of operating theatre PC thin client hardware (ACL OP-PC 24 or equivalent; 190 units), pre-installed with IGEL OS 12 or a subsequent version, including central management via the IGEL Universal Management Suite, on-site hardware swap service (3 days) and a minimum warranty of 36 months. All components specified in the tender must be supplied. The IGEL licences, including their IGEL terms of use, are not part of this tender for the thin clients. The IGEL licences will be provided to the contractor by the contracting authority, so that the corresponding IGEL OS can be installed ex works, allowing the thin clients to be delivered pre-installed. Delivery of the 190 OP-PC thin clients must be completed no later than 10 weeks after award (award is expected in October 2026). Further requirements regarding delivery and the PCs to be supplied can be found in the specification of performance.
