TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision of OP-PC Thin Client hardware (ACL OP-PC 24 or equivalent; 190 devices), pre-installed with IGEL OS 12 or a subsequent version, including central administration via IGEL Universal Management Suite, on-site hardware replacement service (3 days), and a minimum warranty of 36 months. All components specified in the tender must be supplied. The IGEL licenses including their IGEL terms of use are not part of this tender for the thin clients. The IGEL licenses are provided to the contractor by the contracting authority so that the corresponding IGEL OS can be installed ex works, allowing the thin clients to be delivered pre-installed. Delivery of the 190 OP-PC Thin Clients must be completed no later than within 10 weeks after award (award expected in October 2026). Further requirements for delivery and for the PCs to be supplied can be found in the specification.
