TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct Lower Saxony state administration (see § 2 of the operating instructions of the LZN). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN may take on additional tasks for public-law contracting authorities within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private-law companies fully owned by the public sector (see § 3 of the operating instructions). Within this scope, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the delivery of summer clothing for cycling teams (short-sleeve, summer trousers) for the cooperation of the northern German coastal states of the police, Police Austria, municipal regulatory offices (Ordnungsämter) and other customers within Germany (see attachment “Contracting authorities”).
