TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision of thin-client hardware (Dell Pro Micro Thin Client Q9M1260 or equivalent; 2,100 devices), preinstalled with IGEL OS 12 or a subsequent version, including central administration via IGEL Universal Management Suite, onsite hardware exchange service (3 days) as well as a minimum warranty of 36 months. All components specified in the call for tenders must be supplied. The IGEL licenses including their IGEL terms of use are not part of this tender for the thin clients. The IGEL licenses will be provided to the contractor by the contracting authority, so that the corresponding IGEL OS can be installed ex works, allowing the thin clients to be delivered preinstalled. Delivery of the 2,100 thin-client PCs must be completed no later than within 6 weeks after the award has been granted (award expected in October 2026).
