TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision of thin-client hardware (Dell Pro Micro Thin Client Q9M1260 or equivalent; 2,100 devices), pre-installed with IGEL OS 12 or a subsequent version, including central management via IGEL Universal Management Suite, on-site hardware advance-exchange service (3 days) and a minimum warranty of 36 months. All components specified in the tender must be supplied. The IGEL licenses including their IGEL terms of use are not part of this tender for the thin clients. The IGEL licenses will be provided to the contractor by the contracting authority so that the appropriate IGEL OS can be installed at the factory, allowing the thin clients to be delivered pre-installed. Delivery of the 2,100 thin-client PCs must be completed no later than within 6 weeks after award (award is expected in October 2026).
