TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the delivery of ultrasonic water meters (hereinafter meters) with integrated Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) communication unit and data processing software. The meters to be delivered must be suitable for a service life of at least twelve years. The sample guarantee must be at least six years. In addition, the calibration validity must be at least six years. For the possibility of extending the calibration period by six years, proof of an initiated or ongoing qualification procedure is required. The meters must meet the requirements of Directive 2014/32/EU (MID certification or equivalent) and be conformity assessed. Furthermore, a protection rating of at least IP68, the ultrasonic measurement principle with a high measuring range (R 250 or higher), and an over-the-air update functionality are mandatory. The battery life must be at least fourteen years.
