TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the responsibility of the Hanover Region, new and replacement signage is required in the area of the Hanover Region to ensure road safety. This framework agreement includes the delivery of traffic signs, pipe posts and fastening materials. Individual orders are placed by the responsible road maintenance office. This is a framework agreement with a contract term initially for one year until end of 2027 with an option to extend for a further year, but for no more than three years until end of 2029. The quantities recorded in the tender documents are estimated for the overall term of the framework agreement (with option approx. 3 years) and serve for the award of the contract. There is no entitlement to the performance of the overall service under the contract and the resulting overall remuneration. The quantities per call-off vary. The planned individual call-offs have an order volume of up to a maximum of €50,000.00 gross. It is expected that a total of approx. 20 to 50 call-offs per year will be made for both maintenance offices.
