TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of up to 11,380 tonnes of hydrated lime CL 90 Q to DIN EN 459-1 and DIN EN 12518 in truck silo vehicles for the production of lime slurry to the sites of the Remediation Ronneburg division. The estimated quantities and maximum quantities are specified in the tender documents. The following quality requirements apply to the material to be supplied: Chemical parameters CaO: ≥ 90 % MgO: ≤ 1 % SiO2: max. 1 % Fe2O3: max. 0.3 % Al2O3: max. 0.5 % CO2: max. 1.6 % bound H2O: max. 1.8 % CaO unbound: 90 – 95% Physical data (deviations of +/- 5% possible) Particle size residue > 0.09 mm: 5.0 % Bulk density: 0.9 kg/l Flow behaviour according to Imse D.-0.63 mm: 60 % Reactivity t60: 1.8 min
