TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement primarily includes sludge emptying operations carried out by sea using a service vessel. The contractor must have, for the entire contract period, a service vessel required for the task and other necessary transport equipment for handling sites that can be reached by sea. For more information, see the contract template. The contract is performed as a unit-price contract, which includes all costs arising from the operations (VAT 0%). The unit contract price includes all work items included in this agreement. The contracting authority requests three (3) different prices in this contract notice. As far as possible, the contracting authority aims to coordinate the schedule of customers’ sludge emptying so that emptyings are scheduled primarily for the autumn season. The contracting authority provides this information to the contractor for route planning. The contractor is responsible for the routing of emptyings and for their practical execution. The contractor agrees on details related to the emptyings directly with the customers.
