TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kaunas Education Innovation Center intends to acquire Lithuanian language culture training services for teachers and specialists assisting students. Requirements for the services are specified in the technical specification. It is planned to conclude a preliminary procurement contract for providing Lithuanian language culture training services for teachers and specialists assisting students (hereinafter – Preliminary Contract), based on which main contracts for providing training to separate groups will be concluded. The Preliminary Contract is planned to be concluded with 4 suppliers (or fewer than 4, if fewer than 4 suppliers are recognized as winners of the competition by submitting acceptable offers meeting the requirements set in the procurement documents). A renewed supplier competition will be conducted (if the Preliminary Contract is concluded with more than one supplier) or a non-renewed supplier competition method (applied only if the Preliminary Contract is concluded with one supplier and the Contracting Authority chooses not to apply a renewed supplier competition when concluding a specific Main Contract).
