TENDER DESCRIPTION

Development of the automatic traffic counting system of the City of Szolnok with congestion detection function under a purchase agreement, taking into account the following and as detailed in the public procurement documents. The task of the winning tenderer is to procure 5 air pollution measuring sensor stations for the Contracting Authority, to build 5 measuring sites, and to deliver the devices on site. These sensor stations include or are connected to a meteorological station. Each air pollution measuring sensor station must be capable of simultaneous and continuous measurement of NO2 in the ambient air, particulate matter in the ambient air (PM10, PM2.5, PM1 fractions), wind speed, wind direction, ambient temperature, barometric pressure, and relative humidity under open air meteorological conditions. Furthermore, at one of the stations specified above, precipitation measurement is also required. Active sampling (pump or fan) is required for pollutant components for laser particle counting measurement (OPC) to ensure uniform flow rate. Active sampling is also required for gas samples.
