TENDER DESCRIPTION

Egedal Municipality awards a Framework Agreement with a duration of 4 years. The Framework Agreement includes services relating to the provision of a healthy lunch arrangement for children in Egedal Municipality’s day-care institutions, where healthy lunch meals must be provided for respectively nursery children (0–2 years) and kindergarten children (3–6 years) pursuant to Section 16a of the Act on Social Services for Children and Young Persons (LBK No. 1038 of 11 August 2025). Based on an overall economic and market assessment, the contracting authority has decided not to divide the tender into separate sub-awards. It has been specifically assessed that a division into sub-awards does not support effective implementation, and a uniform service level.
