TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract concerns the performance of relighting works within the terminal buildings of Brussels Airport as part of the Lighting Obsolescence project. The contract mainly includes replacing existing T8 light fixtures with new generation LED fixtures and replacing LED fixtures that have reached the end of their service life. The works will be carried out in phases by physical zone, taking into account the operational complexity of the airport environment, and with the aim of improving the reliability, maintainability and energy efficiency of the lighting installations. The contract also includes ad hoc temporary relamping with LED tubes in areas where this is necessary pending the final relighting. The replacement of cabling and electrical panels/TDEs does not form part of this contract.
