TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is VTT’s package of promotional gifts and branded merchandise, and staff gifts. The supplier is responsible for purchasing the products, storing them, and, where necessary, for branding the products, handling orders, customer service, packaging and shipping the products, and reporting. Through a competitive tendering procedure, a supplier is sought for a two (2) year contract period. After the actual contract period, VTT has an option to extend the contract for a further two years, one year at a time (1+1). The aim is for the contract to enter into force in December 2026 and for the actual implementation of the procurement to begin no later than January 2027.
