TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is VTT’s business gift and branded merchandise package, as well as the staff gifts package. The supplier is responsible for procuring the products, warehousing them, if necessary labeling the products, handling orders, customer service, packaging and dispatching the products, and reporting. Through a competitive tendering procedure, a supplier is sought for a two (2) year contract term. After the initial contract term, VTT has an option to extend the contract for two years, one year at a time (1+1). The aim is for the contract to enter into force in December 2026 and for the actual procurement to begin no later than January 2027.
