TENDER DESCRIPTION

Liikelaitos Marttinen / City of Virrat competitively tenders for the procurement of heat energy as a service activity, to be produced at the KPA heat plant owned by Liikelaitos Marttinen / the City of Virrat. The plant is located at Herrasentie 16, 34800 VIRRAT. The estimated annual energy demand at the plant at present is approximately 1400 MWh/year. The selected heat producer must start heat production on 1.1.2027, at which point the heat plant will be handed over for use by the heat producer.
