TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the supply of traffic signs and traffic sign accessories for the contracting authorities in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this request for tenders and its appendices. The products offered must be suitable for the intended use and be of good quality. The products must meet the current occupational and workplace safety requirements applicable in Finland, as well as the requirements of the legislation and other regulations mentioned in the request for tenders. The products to be procured are divided into three product groups as follows: Group 1: Traffic signs Group 2: Concrete bases and barriers Group 3: Traffic sign posts For the framework arrangement, up to two (2) framework agreement suppliers shall be selected unless there are fewer acceptable suppliers. The procurement does not include division into sub-areas; instead, all product groups and the products listed within the product groups must be offered. The aim is for the actual framework agreement period to begin as soon as possible after the procurement decision has become final. The duration of the actual framework agreement period is 24 months.
