TENDER DESCRIPTION

Metsähallitus Metsätalous Oy and Metsähallitus Luontopalvelut (hereinafter Metsähallitus) procure goods from external suppliers. This procurement concerns the procurement of traffic signs, signboards and booms. The product catalogue provided in the request for tenders covers the majority of the products to be procured, on the basis of which a price comparison is carried out. Quantities are estimates of the quantity to be ordered annually. Metsähallitus may, by agreement, order other products from the supplier selected as the contracting supplier, the quantities and value of which are minor. If necessary, products may be replaced with another equivalent product or added by agreement. The products are ordered through the ordering system used by Metsähallitus (now P2P) and delivered to the delivery point specified for each order. The contract begins on 1.1.2027 and continues for an indefinite period in accordance with a six (6) month notice period to be observed by both parties.
