TENDER DESCRIPTION

Metsähallitus Forest Management Ltd and Metsähallitus Natural Heritage Services (hereinafter Metsähallitus) procure goods from external suppliers. This procurement concerns the procurement of traffic signs, signage and barriers. The product list in accordance with the request for tender covers the majority of the products to be procured, on the basis of which a price comparison is carried out. The quantities are estimates of the annual quantity to be ordered. Metsähallitus may, by mutual agreement, also order other products from the supplier selected as the contracting supplier, if their quantity and value are insignificant. If necessary, products may be exchanged for another equivalent product or additional products may be added by mutual agreement. The products are ordered through the ordering system used by Metsähallitus (now P2P) and delivered to the delivery point for each order. The contract begins on 1.1.2027 and continues for an indefinite period, in accordance with either party’s six (6) months’ notice of termination.
