TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is the procurement of a traffic light system for the City of Lappeenranta in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. In the implementation project, the supplier delivers the traffic lights central control system (system) with all its equipment, software and measures, and connects the control devices specified in the request for tenders and its appendices to the system in accordance with them. The supplier delivers the system as a comprehensive SaaS service, including, among other things, all equipment required to use, maintain and operate the system, ready-made software, embedded software, licenses and usage rights. The procurement includes support services and development work, conversions, training, and system maintenance. The procured system must include the features described in the request for tenders and its appendices. One (1) tenderer receiving the most points in the comparison will be selected as the contract supplier.
