TENDER DESCRIPTION

The IGS Lindenau in Hanau is a cross-school type (integrated) comprehensive school with a gymnasial upper level. It is located on the outskirts of the Hanau district Großauheim at Rue de Conflans 4. On the school grounds, the school is currently housed in five buildings. The IGS Lindenau is to be expanded into an eight-stream cross-school comprehensive school with a four-stream gymnasial upper level. To meet the required space needs, another building is to be constructed as a free-standing 3-storey extension new building. The main entrance faces the existing buildings. Part of the tender are the facade metal construction works (windows and external doors). Installation takes place in masonry and reinforced concrete openings. Window bands are to be executed as window elements and post-and-beam systems for multi-part facade elements.
