TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federation of Education of Seinäjoki requests your offer in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices for bus transport arranged for Sedu students in Seinäjoki. Transport is needed to take construction students from the Sedu Rastaantaipale education unit to the Lumpyynkatu detached-house building site in the mornings, in the afternoons, and for meals. Stops are at the intersection of Lumpyynkatu and Rosenkampffinkatu, and at the intersection of Ruukintie and Rosenkampffinkatu. The actual contract period is 1.1.2027–31.5.2028. The procurement includes, as an option, two (2) one (1) year option periods (1 y + 1 y). The contracting authority decides separately on the use of the options. Transport services are arranged on the institution’s working days, excluding school holiday periods and other exceptional days due to teaching. It is estimated that there will be approximately 275 transport days during the actual contract period.
