TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kaarina’s Premises and Catering Services requests a tender for the maintenance and basic cleaning of the sports facilities, the day-care centre and the reserve care unit (approx. 2,500 m2) of the Littoinen Multi-purpose Building, as well as the day-care centre’s food services for the period 1.1.2027–31.12.2028, after which the contract may be extended, by the contracting authority’s decision, under the original terms with two (2) one (1)-year options (1.1.2029–31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030–31.12.2030). Separate decisions will be made on the activation of the option periods. In addition to this tender request, the detailed descriptions of producing the service content and quality have been set out in its attachments. The site is presented from Thu 24.9.2026 at 15.00 onward. Participants must register for the site presentation by 21.9.2026 at 12.00.
