TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kaarina’s Facilities and Restaurant Services requests a tender for the maintenance and basic cleaning of the leisure facilities, the day-care centre and the emergency care (approx. 2,500 m2), as well as the day-care centre’s catering services, for the period from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2028. After that, the contract may, by the contracting authority’s decision, be extended on the original terms with two (2) one (1)-year options (1.1.2029–31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030–31.12.2030). Separate decisions will be made on the activation of the option periods. Detailed descriptions of the content and quality of the services to be provided have been set out, in addition to this request for tenders, in its appendices. The site will be presented on Thursday 24.9.2026 from 15.00 onwards. Participants must register for the presentation no later than 21.9.2026 at 12.00.
