TENDER DESCRIPTION

Region Gotland procures foodstuffs within the product group groceries (colonial). The products are for the most part intended for kitchens for preparation and reception within schools, preschools, hospitals and elderly care, but other activities within Region Gotland are also entitled to place orders under the agreement. Delivery of the products to the customers is included in the assignment and the cost for this must be included in the unit price. The customer has the right, but not the obligation, during the term of the agreement to request that the supplier establish and maintain a turnover (working) stock of groceries (colonial) items, which shall constitute an emergency stock sized to cover the Kitchen Department’s need for foodstuffs during seven (7) days of normal consumption.
