TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City Administration of Ludwigshafen am Rhein uses HCL Domino for office communication. In addition, various information and project databases are available. The administration holds usage rights for 4,715 HCL Domino CCB licences. In order to be able to make use of all services provided by the manufacturer to ensure ongoing operations, an extension of the support for 12 months for the existing licences is necessary. It is therefore intended to award the services specified in the criteria catalogue (see Section 6 of the tender and contract documents).
