TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City Administration Ludwigshafen am Rhein uses HCL Domino for office communications. In addition, various information and project databases are available. The administration holds the usage rights for 4,715 HCL Domino CCB license(s). In order to ensure ongoing operation and be able to make use of all services of the manufacturer, an extension of support for 12 months of the existing licenses is necessary. It is therefore intended to award the services listed in the criteria catalogue (see Section 6 of the tender and contract documents).
