TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreement for the rental of Matrix42 software licenses as well as the extension of maintenance services for existing Matrix42 licenses Term of up to 4 years in three sections: initially for 2 years starting on 01.01.2027 and then a maximum of 2 further optional extensions of 12 months each. The maximum amount is €788,000 net for 48 months; once this is reached, the contract ends prematurely.
